We are looking for a Lifting Supervisor to join our team:

• You will supervise all lifting operations on site, ensuring the correct and safe execution of the work.
• You will conduct meetings, asses’ risks and report & investigate any incidents.
• You will inspect the cranes daily and determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
• You will coordinate crane operators, riggers and other personnel involved with the lifting operations.
• You always collaborate and maintain constant communication with the site manager, foreman, rigger, and other involved parties.
• Proven hands-on experience supervising crawler crane operations
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and lifting procedures
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through demanding heavy lifting projects

• At least 30 years of age and physically fit

• Minimum secondary education
• A minimum of eight (8) years of lifting or rigging experience in lifting activities
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience
• Strong expertise in crawler crane assembly and dismantling
• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding the English language
• Strong administrative and supervisory skills to schedule, monitor, and control lifting equipment and lifting operations
• Certified physically and medically fit—including eyesight, colour blindness test, hearing, and reflexes—by a Qatar-registered medical practitioner and/or QP-owned medical center
